SALES & ACCOUNTS MANAGER (based in Bali)
In this role you will be :
- Generating sales activity in order to achieve individual sales targets ; tasks may include cold calling, clients meetings, trade show participation, quotation and contractual negotiation,
- Differentiating MICROS solutions from competitors through understanding of customer's needs and tailoring the right solutions, and
- Researching the marketplace throught reading industry publications and building and using personal and professional networks in order to capitalise on new customer openings.
- To be considered for this role, you will need to have :
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to work indenpendently and be self motivated
- Proven sales skills generated from cold calling, relationship building, team work and initiative
- Experience working in the hospitality industry / or have sold products and services into the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of and interest in Hospitality Systems, i.e. Property Management Systems, Point of sale systems, E-Commerce system etc.
- Qualification in IT, Hospitality, Business or Commerce is desirable
- IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - HOTEL SYSTEM (Based in Jakarta)
- In this role you will be :
- Working with hospitality customers to implement and configure our solutions to meet their business requirements,
- Consulting on best practices, and how to get the most out of the solution, and
- Providing training for FOH and BOH staff on how to use the MICROS solution.
- Hospitality experience at a supervisory level or above
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel often and be away from home for extended periods (up to 90%)
- Excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skill
- Strong knowledge of Front Office Management procedures
- Experience with OPERA PMS / S&C or alternative Property Management Systems
- Working knowledge of computer applicants, IT network, servers and databases.
- Qualification in IT, Hospitality, Business or Commerce is desirable
