Customers Service Officer
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests products and services.
Requirement:
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia in both written and spoken
- English languange is an added advantage.
- A good level of education, high school diploma degree
- Computer skills
- Experiences of customer service
- Profesional communication skills both via the phone and emails with customers
- Eagerness to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements
- Able to work full time and to be located in overseas
- To work on a flexible shift
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle, escalate and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
You will help in the timely and accurate preparation of the payment transaction and assisting with the preparation of the accounting procedure.
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.
- Handle all back office duties related to payments
- Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time

The essential part of the role will be hwlp to create and implement marketing strategy and implement on a particular markets. Your duties will include managing social media, promotions and campaigns, pro - actively identifying opportunities and monitoring trends within marketing campaigns and social media.
Responsibilities will include :
- Assisting in the development, execution and management of marketing campaigns
- Competitor research
- Assisting with the creation of the marketing strategy and promotions calendar
- Analysis of the campaigns
- Responsibility for optimizing acquisition and retention activity and develop reporting on KPI performance and ROI to senior management
- Keep abreast to current trends, developments and new business opportunities
- Essential skills / attributes :
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Brand or PR
- Experience working in a Social Media role is an added advantage
- Strong familiarity with innovative online marketing best practices and market networking.
Responsibilities :
